Some special tests for handle and karafe
(NOTE - Thesee tests are to be conducted only after a 168 (7X24)hour cure period.)
1)Pull test:-- 45Kg force test (Using some kind of fixture)
1.1) pull the glued handle by fixture until it break, even it passed 45kg of pulling force.
1.2) record the pulling force (just broken).
1.3) Testing quantity are 50pcs for each model
1.4) Glue and handle,glue and carafe glass cann’t disengage within 45kg force,even the glass break
手柄和玻璃杯的一些特殊测试
(注意:这些测试必须在手柄打胶水后168(7X24)小时进行
拉力测试:-- 45Kg 拉力测试(需用到一些夹具)
1.1) 用测试夹具拉粘胶手柄直至玻璃杯破裂,直至手柄通过45公斤拉力
1.2) 记录拉力数值 (玻璃杯刚好破裂时).
1.3) 每个型号测量50pcs
1.4) 即使玻璃杯破裂,在45公斤力度范围内胶水与手柄,胶水与玻璃杯之间都不能脱离
2) 100 % check with hot water(also need a fixture)
2.1)  fill water in the Jar 80 Cent degree
2.2)  put the carafe handle on a hook
2.3)  put a weight 1.5kg in the carafe
2.4)  keep 2 minutes
3) 百分之百做热水测试(也需要夹具)
2.1)  在玻璃杯内倒满800C热水
2.2)  用一夹具固定玻璃杯手柄
2.3)  在玻璃杯上施加1.5公斤力
2.4)  保持两分钟

2.1.1  Normal Use
“Normal Use” implies to only the handling required to use the product as intended.  All handling will be within the guidelines of use and care instructions, and as advertised.

2.1.2 Pumping Cycle
The energized time of the hot water generator from initial power on to the first thermostat
activation with the reservoir empty.
泵水循環

2.1.3 Brew Cycle
The total elapsed time from initial power on to when the coffee basket is completely drained is defined by 2 seconds between drops out of the basket..

The coffee maker shall be rated at 230V, 50 Hz.

2.2 Voltage Operating Range
The coffee maker shall function properly through out the range of Voltage 220 to 240 V.

2.3 Rated Wattage
The heating element of the coffee maker is to be rated at 1010 Watts for 07CMD051 and 640 Watts for 07CMD052 at 230V, 50 Hz.

2.4 Wattage Limits
The heating element shall have an allowable range of wattage rating of +5% / -10%

2 .4.1   Power Off
With the Switch in the "OFF" position there should be no current drawn from the power supply.

3 性能指标Performance
刚煲完时,07CMD051咖啡杯内的咖啡温度应大于76.7℃;07CMD052咖啡杯内的咖啡温度应大于77.0℃,1/2壶保温0.5小时时,咖啡杯内咖啡温度在75~85℃之间。1/2壶保温1小时时,咖啡杯内咖啡温度在75~85℃之间。
3.1 City Water Brew Performance
The coffee maker shall be capable of passing DQTP with a hardness of 100ppm CaCO3 maximum.  Brew Performance data shall be collected using the Life Test Units at intervals as specified in the table below.  Conduct the Brew Performance test using the following input parameters:
a) The test is to be run using tap water, coffee, and paper filter
b) Adjust the input voltage to test at rated watts.

  1. Run the test at the max capacity.

3.1城市水煲機功能
咖啡壺應能通過硬度最大為CaCO3 100ppm的DQTP測試.煲機數據應根據下表的時間間隔在進行壽命測試的咖啡機上記錄數據.以下是執行煲機功能測試使用的輸入參數:
a)測試使用自來水,咖啡和過濾纸
b)在額定功率下可調的輸入功率.
c)在最大容量下進行測試

4.2自来水循环寿命   City Water Cycle Life
咖啡壶应能通過DQTP,按下面程序要求仅用自来水(不加咖啡粉)进行共2184个循环的测试,
The coffee maker shall be capable to pass DQTP.  The test is to be run with Tap Water only (no coffee) for a total of 2184cycle according to the following schedule:
a)加水煲机和保温11分钟;
b)冷却19分钟;
c)在最后一分钟加满水;
d)重复步骤a-d;
每个循环共30分钟.
a)Energize the coffee maker for 11 minutes total to pump water through the system.
b)De-energize the coffee maker for a total of 19 minutes.
c)Fill the reservoir with water during the last minute.
d)Repeat steps a) thru d).  Total cycle time 30 minutes.
The acceptance criterion is as follows:
接受标准如下:

  1. At all times the coffee maker must comply with Leakage Current and Dielectric Strength criteria as outlined.

咖啡机须通过漏电电流和耐压绝缘测试.

  1. After bypassing the thermostat and energizing the unit, the coffee maker must become inoperable in a SAFE manner

5 安全性Safety
5.1 客户要求Customer Requirements
需通过CB & EMC + EMF认证。
The product shall be evaluated by the listing agency to demonstrate compliance with the safety standard IEC60335-1, 60335-2-15, 60661
5.2自动防护要求Fail Safe Requirements
发热管上安装陶瓷温控器,如果用户忘记往水箱中加水而启动了机器,温控器将自动断开,以免发热管过热而导致fuse熔断。
5.3过热断电装置Thermal Cutoff (TCO) Devices
发热管上安装有一个温度fuse,能在温控器失灵的情况下,快速切断电源,以免发生安全事故。

7 通用要求General Requirements
